Don’t be fooled by the humble nondescript appearance at the front of the place, constructed from an old Chinese traditional house, this large house, complete with a tiny pagoda, miniature pond filled with goldfishes and bamboo tree fencing, is a gastronomy palace to behold and amazed!

Each of the rooms available in this house serves as dining rooms for guests and the traditional Chinese feel of everything inside, interior or exterior or the décor, will accentuate and intensified your extraordinary 64 course gastronomy experience you will enjoy here. All the secret of the dishes is all in the hands of Chef Yu Bo, the owner who runs and cook at this magnificent establishment.

Dishes that are served personally by Chef Yu will simply dazzle you, lots and lots variety of Szechuan traditional dishes all with the new experimental touch from the master chef will guarantee that you will have simply out of this world Chinese fine dining experience to remember for long time to come. Expect an atmosphere of communion with conversations interrupted often as the server explains each of the amazing dish prepared.

All the dishes’ presentation are taken care down to the most level of detail and art. You will find Yam croquettes filled with double cooked pork in form of loquats decorated with leaves made from cucumber carvings. Tea smoked duck, a Chengdu classic, presented as a delicate slices hanging from a wooden construction with a plate below filled with soft breads and the rest of the ducks, it is so tender and perfect that it tastes like ham instead of duck. The most memorable dish you will come across is probably Chef Yu’s signature dish; the Máobǐ sū. A pork filled flaky pastry presented in a form which is ridiculously so lifelike and realistic you would hardly bear to eat it. Why? Because this pastry is made to look like a Chinese calligraphy brush that you dip in an “ink” of red sauce before eaten.

Dishes that Chef Yu cooked here is a perfect marriage of art, tradition, innovation and perfect elegance. No dishes served here is foreign for Chinese and all the ingredients used here are organic and local, even some ingredients are so local, they are indigenous only to this very area nearby the establishment. Yet it is presented in a unique, experimental and very artistic way that you will not believe this is the same kind of dishes you would expect to find on any average Chinese restaurant, albeit with a very high degree of refinement and quality.
